Hyperion Materials and Technologies develops and manufactures cemented carbide blanks (also known as solid carbide or tungsten carbide) for your demanding gear cutting and hobbing operations. Gear cutting is mainly performed using gear hobs, bevel knives, and power skiving methods. Hyperion blanks provide you with longer cutting life and better edge integrity, thus resulting in higher productivity. We partner with clients to develop effective solutions by using our state-of-the-art manufacturing process and industry leading carbide grades.
