Finished Valve Components

Hyperion Materials & Technologies manufactures cemented carbide finished valve components with final tolerances exact enough that they can be directly assembled or used to make sub-assemblies for flow control valves. 

The components include cages, sleeves, seats, points, rings, and discs for different design valves.  Some of the features in these components are typically green machined to a final tolerance, which enables these cemented carbide components to have intricate geometrical features.

Depending on the valve being used in oil or gas well, land, or subsea, the cemented carbide grade can be chosen from Hyperion’s wide range of unique and patented cemented carbide grades to obtain the best performance for the choke valve. A complete database of the erosion and corrosion properties along with application specific test performance data of each relevant grade is available.
