The stamping tools require high precision and must be able to easily handle large volumes at a high rate of speed. Hyperion Materials & Technologies manufactures a wide range cemented carbide stamping/forming tools with excellent consistency and quality. Cemented carbide grades suitable for general purpose, stainless steel processing, films/thin sheet metals, and electronics stamping applications.

Ultrafine to medium grain size grades

Grades with hardness (HV30) from 1100 to 1700 and K_IC from 10 to 19.

OPTIONS

Sizes above 200 mm x 200 mm upon request

Nickel binder grade

Additional sizes, tolerances, and cemented carbide grades (e.g., tests) are available upon request.
