Shaving Die Blanks Carbide Grades

 

Hyperion Materials & Technologies manufactures cemented tungsten carbide rough shaving die blanks with cylindrical or tapered outer diameters. We offer the technical expertise to develop the carbide grade needed to fit your application as well as to tailor-make parts according to your drawing. Our ability to partner with you to design and manufacture die blanks as well as the engineering support we offer, make us uniquely positioned to solve your wire drawing needs.

We offer a wide range of shaving rough blanks made from cemented carbide grades MP10 and ES35.
